A front-open, relaxed-fit long shirt with a stand collar, 3/4th puff sleeves, a U-cut hem, and box pleat detailing at the back. Crafted from a cotton silk blend, it features a distinctive collage handblock print, complemented by scattered multicolor floral embroidery. The shirt is paired with straight-fit cotton-silk pants, designed with the same intricate handblock print technique.

Motifs inspired by the diverse floral elements of Amer were first translated into hand-drawn watercolor paintings. These designs were then meticulously adapted into hand-carved blocks, carefully considering the limitations of the medium. The play with negative-positive space, color separation, and outlining led to both singular motifs and intricate, multi-layered repeats. As many as 80 small and large wooden blocks were used to create pattern repeats for a single garment.
