Terms of service
Deval, The Multi-Designer Store, is committed to ensuring that every transaction on our website is seamless and ethically executed. We deliver our products with utmost care, adhering to the highest quality standards.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- However, if the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order confirmation, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
- Such cases must be reported to us via email at online.deval@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order details and images/videos of the product.
- All approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of our confirmation.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
A purchase will only be eligible for return or exchange if:
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, or a significant mismatch in color/fabric.
- The item is unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable items include: Accessories (jewelry, bags, footwear, scarves, fragrances, etc.), custom-made/made-to-order items, altered outfits, unstitched sarees/dupattas, sale merchandise.
Refund & Store Credit
- For eligible returns, refunds will be issued as store credit.
- Refunds/credits will be processed within 7–10 working days after quality checks.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are for one-time use only.
Shipping & Delivery
- No refunds will be provided in cases of incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts by our logistics partners.
- If external damage is noticed at the time of delivery, please note it with the courier while accepting the package.
Colors & Display
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Gift Cards
- Gift Cards are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed online at Deval.
- They cannot be returned, refunded, transferred, or used to purchase another Gift Card.
- If an order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid via other payment methods.
Customer Credit
- Store credit is issued upon approved returns/exchanges and can be redeemed at checkout during your next purchase.
- Credit codes are valid for 6 months and for one-time use only.
Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
